Backing Britain in any climate

You will all be starkly aware that this time in history is unique; we have three issues to address, climate, pandemic and geopolitical uncertainty.

Digital transformation can give us an advantage in a world that is becoming increasingly less certain. We need to not only provide our sales and marketing teams with the tools to sell in post-covid work, but we also need to take away the excuses for not innovating or adopting productivity gains.

There is a better way of doing what we do. We now need to create momentum to shepherd as many manufacturers as possible towards the ‘innovation active segment of the industry. For too long, the UK has lagged behind the rest of the world in terms of technology. We must look towards digital transformation to give us an edge and mitigate against a range of threats. However, if we wait too long this also becomes a threat to our longevity.
