Midlands Manufacturer Join MIM to Learn and Share Best Practices

Coventry based Advanced Surface Treatments has joined Made in the Midlands to network with like minded businesses and benefit from being part of the groups networking and best practice events. As major champions of Midlands Manufacturing, the firm is ready to be an active member of the group in search of mutual growth and improvement with local suppliers and customers. 

Advanced Surface Treatments (AST) are specialist applicators of high-end corrosion inhibiting coatings. First established in 1989, the company which occupies a 25,000 sq ft facility in Coventry that runs 24 hours per day and 7 days per week believes in supporting the community locally, especially manufacturing, and around 90% of their customers and suppliers are based in the Midlands. Their Midlands manufacturing network now encompasses a large diversity of sectors from traditional automotive to construction, mining, defence, rail and power.
