Ian joined Powdertech in 2020 and became a key technical figure within the business. A go-to expert for powder coating, wet paint, advanced 3D CAD-designed masking, assembly, and testing. Ian brings in extensive hands-on technical leadership required in demanding engineering applications and a meticulous approach to quality and process control at INTRICOAT.

Before joining Powdertech, Ian spent many years at Triumph Motorcycles Ltd, where he played a pivotal role in helping to establish overseas coating plants. This background has given him a deep understanding of scalable processes, quality systems, and the importance of consistency across complex coating operations.

His experience, attention to detail, and passion for quality align perfectly with Powdertech's commitment to delivering high-performance coatings in sectors that require demanding powder coating applications.
