Agemaspark Achieves Fit For Nuclear Status and Cyber Essentials Certification

Agemaspark has achieved Fit For Nuclear (F4N) status, a recognised mark of business excellence demonstrating its capability to supply the UK nuclear sector. The company has also successfully secured Cyber Essentials certification, reinforcing its commitment to robust cybersecurity standards and developing its role in the supply chain for both the nuclear and defence sectors.

Fit For Nuclear status is granted by NucCol and recognises that Agemaspark has completed a structured journey of business improvement. The achievement confirms that the company meets the stringent requirements needed to operate within the nuclear supply chain, including quality, operational performance, and organisational capability. The status is awarded for a period of three years.

Agemaspark operates across a range of highly regulated and safety-critical sectors, including nuclear, defence, aerospace, automotive, medical devices, and oil & gas industries, where quality, precision, and reliability are paramount. Increasingly, strong cybersecurity credentials are also becoming a fundamental requirement to operate within these sectors, making certifications such as Cyber Essentials vital.

Alongside its Fit For Nuclear achievement, Agemaspark has gained Cyber Essentials certification through CyberSmart. This government-backed scheme demonstrates that the business has essential cybersecurity controls in place to protect against common cyber threats, further strengthening its position as a trusted supplier to critical industries.
